Best way to share your notes to your friends..

Hi...hi...hi..

Most of the students have the habit of sharing their notes to their friends through various apps....but the sent images fills our phone's memory like a junk.. 
In this post I'm gonna explain some efficient way to do that...

          Vs

1. WhatsApp:

The need of whatsapp is increasing day by day... whatsapp works smoothly to transfer our TEXT MESSAGES quicker as possible than messenger.. But whatsapp won't be a good choice if u want to share your notes in image form......

 When you snap a picture to send a picture in whatsapp

1.It stores the picture in your phone memory,

2.Simultaneously loads the image in the server

3.Then it uploads to the respective friends chat, to whom you are sending, 

4.Then your friend need to download the image. 

The above steps consumes memory in your phone and your friends.. from my experience I felt that WhatsApp is not a good place to share our notes to friends...

2.Facebook Messenger:

Though facebook messenger lags to send text messages quickly compared to whatsapp.. it has a wide pros compared to share note in whasapp.. 

 When you snap a picture to send a picture in facebook messenger
1.It won't store the picture in your phone memory.
2,Only stores the picture in server.
3.Sends the picture to your friends chat
4.He may load it anytime and if he wants...he can store in his phone memory.

The above process in facebook messenger helps to share the notes to the students easily compared to whatsapp...

how to complete the theory paper..? (Anna University Semester Examination)

But does't know how to complete it on time...................????

then... you are in the right place to know the secrets 

Five Secrets to complete the exam paper as soon as possible:

secret one:   Complete exploration 

secret two:   Sequencing

secret three: Golden rules

secret four  : Two halves

secret five:  Don't write too much  

Lets get started.......

secret one:  Complete exploration  

Most of the students fail to read all the question in the question paper so don't be 

hurry! keep calm and explore the whole question paper. this will help your subconscious mind to retrieve the stored answer in your mind.

doesn't know "what is subconscious mind?" go and google "what is subconscious mind?" you will find lots of  more information......

secret two:  Sequencing

why the heck sequencing comes here..........ahaa

yup.. 

once you have complete the exploration... then you have to sequence the "most known question" first and "known question" next and so on...

surely some question may trick you...put these kinda question in the last

Note: if you know all the question then sequence the question from the recently studied chapter 

for example: you may studied the unit 3 before entering the exam hall so sequence it first

secret three:  Golden Rules  

Secret one and two should be done in less than 3 minutes... so don't waste time.. 
according to most of the experts you can complete your each part B question in 20 minutes..
since its belong to experts it wont work for us.... 
from my experience you can take 30 minutes or more than that... you may shocked to hear this 
but no issue you can listen to me and i will say why......

                Part A - 30 min
                Part B - (5 question * 30 min) =150 min

                Total time - 180 min ( 3 hrs )

Then how can i spend more than 30 min in each part b question ???????????

secret four:  Two halves

1. You have successfully explored the whole question paper
2. You have sequenced the question in "most know to less known" order.
3. You know the actual time to spend for the whole answer script

Now its time to start writing........... 

Divide the 300 hrs into two halves 

First half - 105 min - (3 * Part B question) or (2 * Part B question + Part A)

Second half - 75 min - (Part A +  2 * Part B question) or (3 * Part B question)

In the first half, try to complete  3 Part B question or you may start with Part A and 2 Part B question. Each module in first half in should be completed within 35 min don't spend more than that or try to manage with other question. If you plan properly you can save 5 minutes.

In the second half, you have to complete the other 3 module i.e., 2 Part B questions and Part A or 3 part B question. Try to complete each module within 25 min. 

In the whole set of question paper we may not as much strong in some question. That's why you have sequenced the "most know to less known" order. So, don't waste time with less known questions.

secret five:  Don't write too much

Too much of anything is good for nothing

Don't write too much, try to limit the paragraphs and try to present it with some flowcharts, diagrams, block diagrams. Presentation techniques to score good grades (Anna University)

5 Simple steps to impress the examiner:

Step 1: Write what you know:

               Don't fade away from the question been asked.....

Try to answer the question in simple related manner. Most of the folks won't focus on the given question and write which is not needed for examiner. If you fail to focus then you are out of the game. 

               " You can refer my friend's answer script, who will deserve good grades always."
The answer script is belong to my class mate R.R.Pragadeesh, who constantly score good grades with his magical presentation. Try to observe each and every picture.

 Step 2: Draw Flowchart:

            Use it for describing the PROCESS or METHOD

Helps to reduce time for examiner to study the whole paragraph. And, it will make a good impression on examiner's mind to grade you with good marks.

Step 3: Highlight the keywords:

         Use different color pens to highlight the keyword.....

Most of the examiner look for the keywords, if you highlight those keywords, then it will make the examiner to easily reward your paper. I recommend BLACK color pen.

Step 4: Draw Diagram:

                 Write less and draw the diagram.....

Try to draw diagram for every question, spend equal time for diagram also, the diagrams play a crucial role in scoring marks. This is the best way to express your knowledge.

Step 5: Sub Headings:

   Use more sub headings instead of bla.. bla.. bla.. paragraph

In general, human beings fell irritated to read paragraphs, if the examiner felt bad about your bla.. bla... bla.. paragraph, the chance of getting lower grade is highly possible. so try to use more sub headings.
